If you can't add more tasks, you've hit the daily limit (3 Big or 8 Small). Complete or delete existing tasks to free up a slot. The progress bar at the top of each list shows how many slots remain.
Tap the import icon in the top bar to bring over unfinished tasks from the previous day. Choose to import the current tab only, Big Tasks only, Small Tasks only, or both lists at once.
You can delete individual tasks inside the app. All data is stored locally on your device — deleting the app removes everything. If you need further help, email us.
